1. Damage to Equipment and Items
• Pool Accessories: Damage to rubber ducks, Snoopy floats, or other pool toys will incur a fine of 800 THB/piece.
• Pool Table Felt: Any tearing, staining with water/ink, or damage to the felt will incur a fine of 6,000 THB.
2. Kitchen Use and Cleaning
• Kitchenware: Please clean all kitchen utensils and equipment before check-out.
• Failure to clean will result in a fine of 300-500 THB.
• General Cleanliness: Dispose of all trash in designated bins and conduct basic cleaning before check-out.
• Excessive mess will result in a fine of 500-1,000 THB.
3. Electricity and Air Conditioning
• Keep all doors closed while the air conditioning is on.
• Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the house to conserve energy.
• Note: Electricity usage is included in your stay, so please help conserve energy for everyone’s benefit.
4. Use of Spaces and Food Rules
• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas (outdoor smoking is allowed). Violators will incur a fine of 1,000 THB.
• Poolside Food: Eating is not allowed near the pool, and food waste must not be dropped into the water.
• Strong-Smelling Food: Foods like durian, fermented fish, or others with a strong odor are prohibited in the living room.
• Bedrooms: No food is allowed in the bedrooms.
5. Pool Usage
• Do not urinate, vomit, or enter the pool while menstruating.
• Violations will result in a fine of 5,000 THB for cleaning and water replacement.
• Do not throw food or foreign objects into the pool.
6. Bedding Cleanliness and Damage
• Vomit, blood stains, or other soiling on bedding will incur a fine of 300-500 THB per stain.
7. Music and Noise
• If playing music or using the karaoke system, please ensure the doors are closed to avoid disturbing neighbors.

• Dispose of all trash and perform basic cleaning before leaving.
